From our correspondent in Washington.
I popped the CD into my computer. I wanted to listen to the music
directly off the CD for the first listen. A picture disk! Wonderful!
Looking it over, I thought, country and blues, perhaps?
No, this is a different place...I wasn't expecting this. It
reminded me of entering a submarine for the first time--sealed in and
submerged into the sea during an underwater sandstorm. The ship ticked
and clicked and hummed and scaped against the rocks in the strong
current.
What a beautiful work--I truly enjoyed this unique tour of
acoustic guitar. I'm so pleased I managed to snag the last copy
available on the planet!
