I am terribly sad to say we have lost a dear friend and and amazing musician Amy Noelle Farris.   Amy was part of our family and we will miss her terribly.  I had the honor of having amy in my band for a wonderful couple of years in the late nineties till Kelly stole her away.  Kelly and Amy put in a million miles together before Amy moved to Los Angeles and focused on her own music.   Amy brought a lot of joy into this world , she had huge talent and a voice as bright and sweet as her fiddle.

I am so sorry for your loss sweet music man.... as you know millions of us gather to light candles and pray each morning and night for our men and women serving abroad and on our homelands and those special to us.... I hope you don't mind but tonight we will be adding your friend, Amy Noell Farris.  Am an old, old lady and the lines on my face could fill many country roads... and I wouldn't give up a one.... but to have someone who endears you and yours and brings passion, joy and the gift of dreams and love ... is truly someone the world cherishes (my  personal view). Hugs honey from an old lady who thinks you a brilliant gift from above. God bless you and yours... and Amy.

I'm sorry for your loss.  We were lucky enough to see her with Dave Alvin and the Guilty Women on our recent visit to Austin.  (We saw you and Kelly in Ryan on the same weekend.)  She was immensely talented.
