Freshman year you were always next door,
You were always there for what I needed you for.
You always smiled and with such grace,
I miss that now, how I miss that face.
When I found that picture the other day,
It made me happy, in every way.
I can only hope it makes you smile,
At least for a little while.
You really don't know how much you mean
To me, you are strength, that's all I've seen.
No one could ever replace you, I know,
Your sincerity, you're genuine it really shows.
There's so much to say with not enough line,
The emotions inside explode like an underground mine.
