The advertised KINO gig on 2nd December in Rotherham has now been changed to an IT BITES gig.

This is due to John Mitchell joining fellow Kino bandmates John Beck and Bob Dalton, with original It Bites bass player Dick Nolan, to reform their band It Bites. The band are currently writing songs for a new album for release in 2007, and rehearsing for their upcoming December tour. Full dates are as follows:

Sunday 27 November - De Boerderij, Zoetermeer, Holland
Friday 1 December - Carnegie Theatre, Workington, UK
Saturday 2 December - Classic Rock Society, Rotherham, UK
Tuesday 5 December - King Tuts, Glasgow, UK
Wednesday 6 December - Carling Academy 2, Birmingham, UK
Thursday 7 December - Islington Carling Academy, London, UK
Friday 8 December - Academy 2, Manchester

Tickets are available online from www.gigsandtours.com

wow! what a surprise. it used to be a KINO-gig? I bought 5 tickets 2 weeks ago for this gig and it was announced to be a IT BITES-Gig. Doesn't matter, i'm a fan of both bands and to be honest, there is no big difference in terms of the people, who are in the band anymore. (Except Pete). I'm pretty excited, because on the last KINO-gig was a profound demonstration, what IT BITES could sound like without Francis, as they played a few IT BITES songs. It was brilliant!

Just took a look on the CD-inlett of the 'Ther Big Lad In The Windmill'. John looked terrific with his black long curls !!! :))))) those were the days!

Pete is fine with this - he's somewhat tied up with recording and getting ready to release and tour Marillion's 14th studio album!!
