so it's been awhile since i've written anything on here...so i figured i'd throw out some random stuff...

first...it's the new year....well...26 days into it....and everyone's got their year end lists out...so here's my top albums of 2006 in no particular order...

sandro perri plays polmo poppo (i know i have that last part wrong)
band of horses - everything all of the time
the junior boys - so this is goodbye
rock central plaza - are we not horses?
joanna newsom - Ys
calexico - garden ruin

sunset rubdown - shut up i am dreaming
liars - drums not dead
grizzley bear - yellow house
vetiver - to find me gone

as for upcoming concerts i'm looking forward to...

jan. 31 - apostle of hustle @ the rivoli
feb. 3 - the new pornographers @ nathan phillips square (free)
feb. 12 - midlake
sunset rubdown/xiu xiu (i forget the date)...

and finally ...as for my own music..started writing again...a few new songs in the works...titles include "i've seen too much", "you lost  by losing", "outline of a body", "our bodies at rest"...that's about it for now...take care..it's cold out there.
