So last night, I watched the best in the world, Steve Earle. It was with out a doubt the most amazing show I have ever seen. It was at the Lakeside Theater, and I was on the 15th row, and the show went like this: Steve took the stage at 9:30, and then the magic started:
Where I Lead Me
Rake
Colarado Girl
Pancho and Lefty (into) Ft. Woth Blues
Taneytown
Tom Ames Prayer
My Old friend The Blues
Someday
I Feel Alright
Goodbye
Mr. Gold And Mr. Mudd
Marie
City of Imagrants (with a Bazooka)
Dixieland (with a Mandolin)
Rich Man's War
The Mountain
Lungs
2 Live Is To Fly
then he leaves stage, it's 11:00, then for the encore:
Copperhead Road
& Little Rock'n Roller
What a show it was. He is the best. Solo in front of about 150, and you could have heard a pen drop.
I wish you could've been there
