January 3, 2008 - Thursday

TTP kicked off the New Year with some great tunes.  But not the kind of music you are probably thinking of!!!

Here are some photos, I think they speak a thousand words:

It really is too bad Rock band doesn't come out with a Miles Davis or a Del MCCoury version! HA.

When Dan Bourdeau is wearing a pink boa you know the party is in full swing.  Wish a bunch of other people could've been there, but it was last minute plan.

We will be playing the Nameless Coffee House in Harvard Square this weekend (Sat. 1/5/08). Hopefully this will be our last gig before the CD release (named 'A Short While Ago'). The nameless is the oldest American (all volunteer) coffee house.  It is a great space, in a great area.  If you get a chance to see a show there it is great (why not this weekend, hmm, ?). There are always a bunch of people on the bill both local and national.

The CD is in it's final stages now.  Our thumping bass master, Gian Pangaro, has taken on the task of art work for the CD jacket and it looks incredible. I will post some of his alternative jackets after the CD iscomplete (pretty funny stuff, The Atari Pines is by far my favorite). And a good friend of ours in Vermont, Jacob Snyder and Chris Smith both of The Don Loans Project, have taken on the task of mastering the final mix from Mark and Boo Boo at Signature Sounds.

Check out the video posted in our comments by our frineds Uncle Earl, sweet video. Happy New Year!

Goodnight Irene, See you in my dreams........
