Hey y'all, in response to the comments and messages people have been sending all basically asking "Wha haaaappun?" regarding The Sound Republic, I figured I'd put this up here so folks know the deal. Basically, Frankie and I are calling it quits as TSR as of now. It's not to say we won't ever work together again, but for the time being we are both pursuing solo efforts. Frankie's first solo EP (The Right SIde Up EP) is about to drop on our label SpatulaCIty (which is not going anywhere - that's the next site I need to update!), and I'm working on my own solo tunes right now, which should be dropping in the next few weeks. Anyway, sometimes folks just need to spread their wings and do their own thing and all that kind of creative freedom-type jazz. So yea, that's what's up!
