Dylan dream:

I'm leaning on a bar talking to a friend of mine about a tuning fork which he had just given me as a gift for my birthday. I tapped the tuning fork on the side of my hand and placed it quickly up to my ear. Doing this, my head turned slightly sideways and my eye caught Bob standing at the far end of the bar talking to Tony Garnier and Harlan Howard who was writing something (I'm guessing lyrics) on a bar napkin.

 It seemed that I was then caught in Bob's sightlines and he reached over and stopped Harlan for a second. Looked over at us again and said, "Hey guys, you got a knife with that fork"?

In the background was Rockin' Daddy by Sonny Fisher playing all reverbed out and smoky.

The way it should be.
