Correction, Angie: Prop did "God" way back in 1981, with all of the New York references changed to Chicago references (with I believe Sardi's changed to the Golden Apple). I remember seeing it back then. Other people have done it, but I can't remember who. And it was done on WFMT in the mid-70s by a company called the National Radio Theatre of Chicago, with Woody Allen playing himself by phone from New York.

Otherwise, I'm not going to argue with that list. :)
