Punk Aid was started in 1998 and has had a bit of a bumpy ride and sometimes it’s been a struggle, but no-one expected fundraising for charity to be easy!  We are constantly gathering strength and are fully committed to putting in the effort to help those less fortunate than ourselves. 

Within the UK, Punk Aid raises funds for the Dame Vera Lynn Trust For Children With Cerebral Palsy, now called Bluebird. 

Punk Aid encourages independent fundraising events in its name where the cause is within keeping to our aims and objectives. As Punk Aid is a registered fundraising organisation, ALL activities in our name or associated events must be registered with us.  We are not a commercial venture so it is essential that we gather as much support as possible from all quarters. Punk Aid is a NON-POLITICAL organisation and will not tolerate any political platforms within its structures that promote discrimination in any form.

Punk Aid enables deserving causes to benefit from the music we all love.  However, as a charity, we rely on the goodwill and support of all those involved, from the people that come to the gigs, through to the bands and companies who selflessly put in the time and effort to help those less fortunate than ourselves.
