Hey guys!

I’m sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been going nonstop ever since I got back from Utah!

So first off, Sundance!!

It was awesome. I had such a great time. Took in a bunch of really good films, went to some great parties, met some cool people and got totally pampered!
Some of my favorite films were "The winning season" (that my friend Colleen is in) and "Adventureland". They were very good.
Park city is such a great little piece of paradise. It was beautiful and the people were great. It was like all the douchie LA folks that were there became real human beings once you took them out of their LA environment!
One of the highlights, if not THE highlight of the trip was when we went to an event celebrating music in film. It was a tiny venue, couldn't have been more than 150 people. We didn't know what to expect but we were blown away!
The first group that played consisted 2 people. A 4'11" woman rocking out on the violin and her guitar player. After they played about 4 songs (which were pretty good) she says she wants to invite a guest up on stage to play. All of a sudden John Densmore from the doors gets up and joins them! He rocks out playing a hand drum in an impromptu jam session. It was fantastic!
The next group was called "Passing strange" (from the musical) and they got up and seriously got the crowd going. They were amazing.
But the last band of the night KILLED it!! Billy Bob Thorton and his band! They were so awesome. And when Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top joined them... I nearly lost my shit!
It was a great night and I'm pretty sure Billy Bob's my new hero.
I felt sad to leave after such a great week. But I was anxious to get back to LA...

And second, “The Closer”

I just booked a nice guest star on TNT's "The Closer" Starring Kyra Sedgwick and J.K. Simmons (whom I love!)
It's the first show of their 5th season and it's a good one. We had the table read yesterday and it went well. Was nice to meet everybody, such a friendly show! Very welcoming.
I guess this gets me super close in 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon!
I'll take photos and keep you updated...

Other than that, I've just been crazy with meetings and auditions.
Karate is going well, I'm good and Bob dog is good.
