Current mood:  geeky
I've been tagged by a friend. The concept is to ask them three questions, then they are to return such things as three questions for me back. Since I'd rather not leave someone out. I'll make it so that you can just post your three questions here as you see fit. If I don't deem the questions to be too out of hand, I'll answer them here. If I don't answer, don't be offended.

1. When you were a little kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

2. If you could learn to play any instrument (one you do not play now), what would it be?

3. Which song (either one you've written or not) best describes you and where you are in your life right now?

I know, kind of goofy, but I thought I'd get the ball rolling. :)

1. I guess it depends on the age, but I do remember at some young little point wanting to be a fireman. I even had a nice little red hard hat for fire stuff.

2. Well, the one instrument that I wanted to actually learn before guitar was drums. While I can keep a beat and play simple things, I'd love to be able to play them as well as I can play guitar. But that would take some time that I don't currently have to devote to it.

3. Interesting question. One that probably changes based on my mood and what I'm doing. I'm thinking Juke Box Hero (I think that's the title) by Foreigner. That's what I'm thinking is close to where I'm at careerwise anyway.

You'll have to invite Michelle and some others to come ask some more...

I will tell Michele to ask some too! She has good questions.

I posted one too. I've been tagged a number of times, but have never reposted it. So if you feel like it, stop on by!

1. Like a man.

2. No. I remember everyone that has attempted to help. I especially remember the ones who really did something.

3. I'm not sure what to make of the last question. How do you take advantage of someone who helped you succeed? Isn't the advantage that they helped you get there - thus you shouldn't forget them?

1. I'm assuming you mean describing, so here it goes: driven, leader, explorer.

2. I don't idolize others. But I have respect for a lot of my friends and peers. Several of my peers whom I have met seem to develop a similar respect for me which is really cool.

3. An air guitar contest in High School.

The three words thing, that's tough.

You posted this a while ago but I am going to sneak in here anyways. :)

1. What's your favorite book?
2. If you had an entire day to do anything you wanted to do, how would you spend it?
3. You a morning person or a night owl or somewhere in between?

Hi Tonia, here's your answers...

1. Good question. I will probably say A Confederacy of Dunces. After that, probably The Stand or The Neon Bible.

2. Yikes. If money/time/space were no object... I would wake up in the winter to a morning of power skiing. Then jet off to the mountains of summer to do a run of single track for mountain biking. Then I'd scoot over to japan for a sushi dinner, top it off back in Los Angeles to watch the latest movie in a big screen in the auditorium with myself and a date only. Of course after hours there'd be a little more between me and my date :-).

3. I used to be a morning person, but now I'm more of a night person... When I tend to stay up past 3, I miss a majority of the morning.

Thanks for humouring me and answering my questions. :) Now you've sparked my interest in your books. I'll have to check out A Confederacy of Dunces. I've never heard of that one.

Wow! That sounds like one very busy day. But interesting and definitely unforgettable.

I've come to the conclusion that there's not much to miss in the morning. Night time is far more interesting.

Hey nearly a year behind....better late than never!!!!LOL:P

1. I used to tour with a Gospel band, when I was a teen and we had a converted Grey Hound bus, we lovingly called the "Death Trap" (generator fires, brakes went out, accelerator stuck etc...) What's the most interesting (funny or scary) thing that's happened on your bus???????:)

2. What was your best, or favorite subject in school?? (lunch and recess doesn't count)!!!:P

3. Although focused on your career and making a name for yourself in the music industry, do you feel that marriage and children will be in your future??(not asking for me, since I'm already married with 4 boys)LOL;) Just a question!!!!

Answers:

1. We had a stop in New Mexico for a few of the band members to have a smoke (I don't allow smoking on the bus). While stopped at a rest area, I noticed a pool of oil. Turns out we had a bit of an oil leak based on a wire rubbing against the oil filter that had rubbed a hole in the oil filter. It was scary cause we were running out of oil, and we were miles from anywhere that could do the repair. Finally I found a place in the middle of nowhere New Mexico that was willing to come out in the night to look at it. Then we had to wait until morning to get it fixed. It put us behind schedule but the people were really nice. They also did what they could to prevent it from happening again. In addition, the guy also dealt in horses. Thus when I finally get a place to house horses, I will likely call on him as he uses a horse whisperer method of training.

2. Best subject was computer science. I was pretty equal at everything so I don't know if I had a favorite. I did have teachers that made some subjects more fun.

3. I can't rule it out. I may get smitten by someone who I won't be able to live without. I have met a bunch of amazing women already, in that sense, I've been very fortunate.
