Silvertip Films have teamed up with White House Studios to offer bands a studio session based video shoot package!

This dual package enables you to book up your recording session with Whitehouse Studios and have Silvertip Films come to your studio recording session (max 8 hours) and film your band in action to create a mini-documentary of the day, shooting 2 – 3 hours of footage, focusing around one track in particular (of your choosing!) to create a music video for the finished, mixed track. The finished video will feature in-studio performance footage during the recording, focusing on each band member as they do their parts as well as having footage of the mixing, the band relaxing and so on. You can book as little as a day or as long as you want with the studio for recording time but this option is based on a day in the studio.

We will provide a cameraman with an HDV camera and reasonable additional lighting for the studio. We will carry out the edit once we have a copy of the finished track and provide you with DVDs for each band member, a data file of the video and upload it online.

The White House Studio is an innovative new recording/rehearsal studio based in Reading, Berkshire which is suitable for recording commercial quality demos, EP's or full albums. Their recording facilities are based around a 56 channel DDA console and an Abbey Road TG2 Microphone pre-amps. They use an Apogee Rosette 800 which is one of the best analogue to digital converters available and they record into either Sony Vegas or Pro Tools. The control room computer is loaded with 4 Universal Audio mix cards, replicating vintage recording equipment from the 60's through to the present day!
