Moya had a fantastic summer, on holiday with family in Tanzania, then playing festivals in Canada, France, Scandanavia, Poland and Dubai. A varied and interesting autumn awaits and here is a taste of what she has lined up: < HEART STRINGS > Moya's new live album, Heart Strings will be released on September 15 in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Australia. While release dates in other places are being finalised you can buy the album online HERE < THE PRIESTS IN CONCERT - Moya as Special Guest in TV recording > Moya will perform as a special guest with The Priests in a concert in Armagh Cathedral, to be filmed by PBS (US Public Television) on September 9. The concert, to an invited audience is set for broadcast in the USA on November 29. The Priests, Father Eugene O'Hagan, Father Martin O'Hagan and Father David Delargy are all practising parish priests in Northern Ireland and will release their debut album on November 17 through Sony/BMG The Priests Site here < CARE FOR THE FAMILY - Belfast > Moya as special guest at this year's Reality event for women, hosted by Dianne Parsons, is taking place in Belfast's magnificent Waterfront Hall, you're guaranteed an evening of fun, chat, and inspiring music. Spirit of Voice focuses on world voice styles and international singers and spoken word artists working together in the same arena. She performs on November 7 at Menlo Park Hotel and then will lead a workshop, 'Colours of Voice' the following morning. Full details from http://spiritofvoice.com < SANCTUARY GOES TO DERRY > An ambitious and beautiful collaboration of a host of musicians, singers and monks led to the June 2008 release of Sanctuary, recorded and performed at Glenstal Abbey in Co Limerick. Sanctuary moves to the Millenium Forum in Derry for the first, full, performance outside Glenstal Abbey. All profits made will go to those charities supporting victims of domestic violence in the Derry area.
