I am very happy to see those of you that heve accepted my invitation to be a part of this site. I had no idea of how it was going to turn out. I figured there would be just a few people here and threre adding on. I certainly anticipate that this year will bring new friends into the group locally and across the country. I know that it isn't always feasable for those to make the trip from out of state to make the April ride, but i do hope to see some out of towners make it! Raja, Sarah (my lovely wife) are planning on making the trip to Santa Barbara for a test ride and so that Raja can get his new GT serviced. It will give us a good idea of how many stops it will take for fuel and time to make it there for the Endless Summer Rally. Bobby and Brian at Moto Paridiso have been a great help getting my wife and I started into the fun scene of scootering. Many of us are going to try to make it down to the Los Angeles area to participate in some of the rallies this year. I am very excited about the Hedonism ride this year. Last year I had only planned on going on the ride and returning later on that night. I accompanied Raja, Joshua and Ashley back down to town that night. We did encounter some rain and a barrage of a varity of insects varying in size. (Note) Monarch moths are not fun critters to get in the path of! I hit two of them at 65mph! They felt like getting hit by a high speed paintball; for those who have experienced it! This year we will be staying for the fun! I really missed out on meeting some great people, though i have met later after the rally. There is still no word on when our next ride will be. As soon as i know more I will have it posted!
