We were hit by pretty severe weather last Friday. Power just came back on Saturday. No damage to us, but there are trees uprooted and such.

We were hit by a derecho! Dude, I'm glad you guys are ok! Salem made out better than a lot of the towns south of us.

Is everything cleaned up there yet? Was it scary? I love a good storm...I think more like awed by a good storm. The aftermath usually sucks though. When you lose your power, you realize how much you really need it too. It's like, let's listen to music...oh yeah, we can't. Ok, let's go on line, oh yeah, we can't. Well then, let's watch tv...oh yeah, we can't do that either. Well that just sucks! Saw about the storms and tornados by you on the weather channel. Scary.

yah. a day without power was pretty sad. We also lost our groceries too.
