We are thrilled to announce that DARKON, an award-winning, Withoutabox-supported feature documentary about Live-Action Role Players, will be making its Los Angeles premiere THIS Friday, October 26th, at the Laemmle Grande 4-Plex in Downtown Los Angeles.

Directed by Luke Meyer and Andrew Neel, and presented by Ovie Entertainment, DARKON explores the world of a stay-at-home dad, an ex-stripper, a Starbucks employee, and various other everyday citizens as they don the garb of power players in the parallel, fantasy kingdom of Darkon. The film has achieved great success in the film festival circuit, online distribution with AOL "True Stories" series, cable exhibition through IFC TV and, now, through theatrical releases in various US cities, including New York and LA.
