As I try to recover from the OVERWHELMING, but SPECTACULAR turnout that we had yesterday at our 3rd Annual Zombie Walk, I just want to say THANK YOU to all who came and attended and helped our food drive.

Big thanks to Mr. Bill Hinzman, who at 72 years old, was out there with the makeup melting and taking part in the walk in nearly 90 degree weather. Bill's a great guy, loves to party with the fans and is now part of our wacky family.

Thanks to Body Anthology Tattoo and Body Piercing, the Beck Center and Allied Advertising for the prizes/giveaways and being such great sponsors.

Thanks to our amazing makeup artists and assistants. They worked their asses off non-stop for over 6 hours and did amazing work. They also provided some amazing post-walk entertainment with the blood fights. Thanks Rob for getting all of your crew together! You guys are the best.

Thanks to Horror of 59 and The Coffin Riders for their great musical sets.  Nothing like seeing dancing zombies rocking out to some great local music.

Thanks to the 5 O'clock Loung for tolerating us and being such great hosts. I'm sure their entire staff is still sleeping.

Thanks to anyone who assisted me in putting on this special, unique event. Meghan, Frank, Amanda, Sasha, Krystle, Tommy, Chad, Steveggs, sorry if I forgot any others, you know I truly appreciate your help. I couldn't have done this without you!

Most importantly thanks to all the zombie attendees. We had zombies come to Lakewood from Columbus, Lima, Cincy (can't spell the full city, haha), Pittsburgh and many other far away places.

Because all of you helped repost the info on MySpace and told your friends about it, we had a record 220 zombies (and over 260 people total in attendance). That is DOUBLE last year's turnout, which was actually closer to 110.

Dare we go for 250 next time?

Oh yeah, just like last time, we don't want to wait another 12 months. We're thinking mid September, possibly Sept. 18. That's less than 5 months away...what do you guys think?

Between now and then, OSS will likely have another show/event, so keep tabs at:

www.myspace.com/ossprojects

We're also in pre-production of a few movie projects, so if interested, add that link and tell us if you are.

We still have a handful of ZOMBIE WALK DVDs for just $5 (highlighting the 2007 and 2008 walks). Let me know if you're interested. For $10, we'll throw in 2 additional DVDs (one of our horror films, a comedy and/or another misc. choice), so that's 3 DVDs for $10, which helps keep OSS alive and active to provide you with more entertainment!

I'll see all of you walking dead soon!

PS- If you have photos from the April 25 walk  (and I know you do), PLEASE tag them onto our page! I know MySpace has been censoring the hell out of the pics and deleting them. Maybe avoid posting ANY of the bloody girl fights one so your regular zombie pics don't get deleted too...we'll have a website up and running soon so we can post whatever the hell we want there!
