Current mood:  accomplished
...2 playlist as of today, but please, if you can, text in and request it, demand it, if you hear it, praise it, because it helps the AC cause!  Text is 88291.

So, yesterday I did a session for the Daily Music Guide.  Meursault and Young Fathers had done a session earlier on so I reckon when the footage is all put together it should be worth a good look.  I played Counting Chimney Pots and Untied, the first one looping violin, then layering over some 12 string guitar.  Sounded good I think, although hard to tell.  As some of you might have picked up from twitter, my van broke down again in an unsafe place beforehand.  Fortunately, it was fixed today, and it hasn't been vandalised, which is a result.  I was expecting to go back and see a burnt out shell today.

I am also working out setlists for the Alison Moyet tour and for the Water Rats gig in London on 20 October, how to make it all work better than every before, and how to incorporate some of the new songs on the EP, which reminds me, I need to see if my band will learn em.

Right, off to do some mixing (with the footie on in the background).  Don't forget to text those folks at Radio 2, every minute of every hour of every day!

Bingo,
Alex
