seriously man i couldn't take that shit anymore. fuck the fiends and crack-dealers, i was scared of the junior high shorties. kids walking around in packs of 30 throwing rocks at old ladies. guy got shot right outside my front door. shoot out between under-cover and some guy right under those cameras but damn...at least i heard sirens within a few minutes. lucky your block is semi tucked.
 

semi tucked indeed...there was another murder 2 days ago, but this time it was [definitely] the pigs murdering a 21 year old kid literally around the corner from the crib on pratt @ lakewood.

why is there sooo much violence in roger's park?

there are plenty of hoods in chicago that are waaaaay more impoverished than roger's park that also have waaay more issues with criminalizing young people & gang where there's not as much violence.

its like not only is there a war between the yuppie owner types & quite literally all of the rest of us up here in "the jungle" that need more affordable housing & can barely afford 2 live here now, but the gangs & local thugs can't keep themselves in check 2 keep the police away & the pigs are warring with the whole hood.

Whoa, I feel similar about the gang situation, except my hood isn't so bad. A 12 year old girl was killed a week go in Logan square in front of a schoolyard playground. I actually biked up to your spot today on my way to Evanston. I did see some sketchy situations. A lot of young people with nothing to do. Hey, I gonna try to go to Rodan tonight to see Maker and Intel, Anna and lisa might go too, you should go! Keep yourself as safe as you possibly can in the city,
