Long story short, I no longer intend for this profile's purpose to be predominantly journalistic articles written by yours truly. Long story short, my hints at a new idea or direction for Citizen Press Revolution many, many months ago grew into something else, something else that I have been laboring in joy ever since, but it will be quite some time before this labor of joy is "finished" in a easily distributable form.

This does not mean that the cause of media liberation has gone to the wayside for me, but that it has shaped into an unexpected, but personally very exciting turn and direction.

The media is one of the most primal forces that shape society. The shape of society in turn also shapes us as individuals in every sense. It shapes even the "personal" matters of how we dress, what we eat, and what we do with our spare time. It also shapes how we discuss issues and perceive issues, what we are aware of, and, by default, what we normally aren't made aware of. It shapes our the manner of our thinking and behavior personally, economically, politically, and socially.

However, my own venture of researching and analyzing information and producing my take into the form of journalistic articles on blogs is on an indefinite hiatus as I am involved in a project that is labor of joy for me. This project was initially sparked by this project of Citizen Press Revolution, but has become something far different than what I would have suspected.

Meanwhile, however, I feel an obligation and duty to utilize this profile.

The new usage of this project of mine is of helping others, bloggers, citizen journalists, and activists to finding resources useful for the purposes of research/information and also activism, especially media activism.

So, while involved in this other absorbing project, I will pass along knowledge of resources that I have found useful to here.
