I do not agree with some of his policies but I still think the country is better off under the controll of the Dems. I get annoyed at them for not being LEFT enough and not fighting  back enough against the disgusting RepubliKKKans, but  I think that they are the *lesser of the evil.* Mayby under Obama things will swing more left and I will be allowed to put FEMALE on my passport, among other things!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the poor will be better off and that full rights can be attained by all! We will see! Sincerely, JAYNE COUNTY

I was in Seattle on Election Day and the atmsophere was so good. All week people had been campaigning on the streets, but in a fun way, smiling and laughing with passers-by. And then as the results started leaning in Obama's favour it was like New Year's Eve in Downtown Seattle - people cheering and yelling for joy, drivers honking their horns, everyone feeling good - what a great vibe. Let us pray that he is an honest man, that he makes a difference and that, like many politicians, he doesnt betray those who gave him power.

Oh honey- you could've saved yourself a few keystrokes and said "because he isn't a total fucking idiot." I think once he gets in, it will pave the way for the true left. And I must say I think that is ridiculous that trans people are not allowed to have their ID marked in their preffered way. If he wins tomorrow, we are going to see a fucking revolution that I didn't even think I would see in my lifetime. I am going to be the first one in line at 7am.

I too get annoyed, wanting things to be more left. But breaking barriers is part of that process so I'm excited to some color in the White House (finally!) That burns me up about your passport! That's a basic human rights issue. It's also a safety issue no doubt.

Obama is better, he SUPPORTS science not superstition in education, thats a a fundemntal difference in the direction of this nation. Umm you aren't allowed to put female on your passport? I am surprised. Love to hear more about this..

I dont feel its for rights to be attained, but for our natural rights which the constitution protects to not be denied by bureaucratic totalitarians.
