Unfortunately, Rene Apparicio will no longer be in TAKETHEWORLD.  The parting came on good terms and we wish him the best with all that he does in the future.

What does this mean?

This means that we(Doug Andreano and Taylor Huffman) are approaching somewhat of a new beginning, which will bring many changes..

I(Taylor) will be taking over lead vocal duties.  We'll be continuing the search for a new bassist and a 2nd guitarist.

In the mean time, Doug and I will be finishing up and demoing several songs.  Be on the look out later tonight for a sample of one of the new songs that we've been working on, and please let us know what you think.
