Responsibilities:
- Principal
(manufacturers) Management- including market visits, scheduling, business
reviews, training, promotion rollout, new product introduction,
entertainment.
- Planning and
reporting
- Principal needs-
to include report requests with no notice and short deadline, competitive info,
market intelligence, conference calls, webinars, competitive product
samples.
- Distributor
management- including sales meetings, business reviews, food shows and product
showcases, inventory merchandising, dead stock, recalls and pricing
deviations.
- Operator
Management- customer visits, product cuttings, product demos and
pricing.
- Office/Facility
Management- Oversee entire facility, equipment and budget needs, Administrative
issues, and hiring and firing.
Requirements:
10+ years of
experience.
Must have food
industry experience
Bachelor’s degree
required.
Communicator
(listener and writer)
Sales skills-must
possess awareness and adaptability
Follow
up
Attention to
detail
Prioritization
Knows their way
around the kitchen
Sense of urgency to
resolve issues
Must possess a good
attitude and be a team player.
