Responsibilities:

-        Coordinating surgical procedures for doctors at multiple surgery centers.

-        Verifying insurance and obtaining authorizations.

-        Preparing patient consent forms and information pertaining to their specific surgeries.

-        Obtaining pre-operative physical information.

-        Post billable surgical procedures for the doctors to review before submitting them to billing.

Requirements:

-        1+ year of experience as a Surgical Scheduler.

-        Must have a good attitude and be a team player.
