Hey everybody,

I just wanted to write a quick blog, and tell everyone that Goodmornings is no more.

I've been dreading this day, because Goodmornings was such a huge part of my life for so long that I didn't really want to say goodbye.  But recently we've been getting a few show invites, and I just want people to stop doing that because it reminds me of olden times, and makes me sad.  So stop asking us to play shows!  We don't even live in the same cities anymore!

I also want to say that playing music in Goodmornings was the great joy of my life.  The people I've met, and the band members I've played with are some of the greatest people on earth, and I thank them all truly from the bottom of heart.

That all being said for those of you who actually knew us, and came to our shows.  Ben is now playing in The Cowboy Killers, a badd-asss Sacramento band.  Dave is now pursuing his own muse as only he can do.  Dustin is playing incredible music in portland oregon.  Tony is married, and living a great life with his wifey-poo in sacramento, Russ lives in chicago with his wonderful girl that I recently had the pleasure of meeting, and Todd is playing (i'm sure) in like 11 bands right now.  Dana is......well Dana....you know.

I have been living in Austin TX with my beautiful wife these past few months, and really loving it.  Making music, hanging out, getting drunk, working hard, basically the same as always for me.

to everyone who came out to a show.  To everyone who helped move gear, or gave us money or more importantly HOPE........THANK YOU!!

It was a great run, and without that support we never would have made it.

I love you all, and hope to see you again someday

sincerly

May all of the ex-bandmembers unite together to form a club of motherfuckers. All those years ago we traveled to canada together. peace out.
