First up, happy new year to all of you out there and hope you have a fantastic time in 09. Just thought we'd provide a brief update on Disfunc in 2009...

NEW VIDEOS:

As promised late last year, Alban Roinard of Eia Films is currently working on 2 Disfunc videos for the new tracks 'Rollin Disco' and 'Revolution'. These will be posted on this myspace site as soon as the edits are in the can.

TETRACHROME COMPILATION LP: 'Luxe, Calme Et Volupte'

Following a label take-over which generated a very lengthy delay (this compilation was mastered in Manchester's Airtight Studios in 2006!) the Tetrachrome Recordings compilation will finally be released in digital download and CD format in Spring. It will feature tracks and remixes from I Monster, Audio Out, The Virtual Agents and Disfunc.

DISFUNC LIVE:

After over a decade of residencies and various SW club nights and following the birth of Moss' baby boy and big house / studio move, Disfunc largely took a break from DJ'ing in 2008 but returned to deck duties in style on New Year's Eve at the 'One Night Stand' event at the Sandsifter venue near Hayle.

The latest news is that Disfunc will be headlining alongside DJ Kristoff at the next Poldark Party rave in Spring and further dates & gigs will be listed here. 

DISFUNC DOWNLOADS:

We're currently working on the posting of the entire Disfunc back catalogue for legal digital download, more news on this as soon as its confirmed. We'll also be commemorating the minor milestone of 10,000 myspace plays with a free Disfunc download as soon as we reach 10K (any day now so feel free to keep popping in).

COLLABORATIONS:

We received some really interesting offers of collaboration in 2008 which we hope to follow-up in 09. We also started attracting interest from various Mixmag folk who apparently were checking out Disfunc tunes in Ibiza last Summer. You'll forgive us for keeping this up our sleeves until these are confirmed.
