As some of you may know, I quit smoking last week. I must say, its been really, really easy.
I have been taking Zyban and its like I never even smoked. So, so easy.

I really loved smoking! Im over it now, for good I hope.
In 6 days I feel better, I do better at the gym and check this out, in January my resting heart rate was in the 80's now, its in the 60's Woo-Hoo! Thats super fit. Im surprised since I am carrying about 20 pounds of chub, I would have guessed that my cardiovascular system wouldn't be that great. I was wrong.
Now I just gotta loose 20 pounds of fat!

I loved reading this and I LOVE that picture! You have a great collection of pictures from your life--most of which I have yet to see.

About that 20lbs, that is such a small amount. I'd kill to only have that much to lose! And it is truely amazing how much different your body is after only 6 days without smoking. Amazingly good.

I have never heard of anyone having such an easy time quitting! You are kicking quitting's ASS!!!!!

I am very proud of you. I quit the second I found out with Michaela. You will hate the smell. I can't even hang out in a smoking bar anymore I last maybe 10 min. Keep up the great work beautiful. I hired a personal trainer and I wish it was only 20lbs I had to lose. Wish me luck on the cutting back on the cookies and brownies.

Congrats!!! Stick to your resolve, its worth it later in life to not have black lungs or develop all of the nasty diseases that have been associated with smoking.

i know a good cure for relapses. Instead of smoking the cig. you chew it up and eat it.

lol great pic w/ Andrew & Congratulations --- Great Job! After suckin' the cigarettes of & on over a dozen yrs myself, I decided to finally stop them by March's new moon. So far so good. We just gotta think of it as stopping I suppose, rather than quitting. We can dooo it! I'm hoping it lasts as long as possible. For some odd reason, it's definitely easier this time.
:)
