For those of you who have opened this blog, welcome.

I have had a ton go on in my life since the last time I wrote. The job I had for 10 years has ended. I sold cars at Evanston Subaru (It was a great job, they even called me "Rock On", for real!) for 3 months before hooking up with Schawk, a large ad agency downtown, as a production artist on the Sears account as a temp. Unfortunately, this is ending soon, so I'm looking again.

Michelle and I have, as many of you might have guessed, moved in different directions. I'm not going to say anything bad about her or our relationship; it's just what happened and has been coming since about May. So, I'm looking... for a new apartment for my boys (my cats, Roscoe & Jarred) and myself! I hope to stay in Ravenswood/Lincoln Square, I really like it here and I know some super awesome people here!

Life is really good to me right now. I have been so fortunate! I am in a great place. I am happy, healthy, wealthy enough to make it to tomorrow, wise enough to keep it rolling, and thankful for all that I have. Today is a great day and tomorrow will be better!

Court Jester is in hiatus right now. We are on good terms, James and I are just separated by some distance. I have been playing bass and singing back-up vocals for Alive Day with my good friend Dan Arecis and new closer friends Brian and Matt. We just got done with an acoustic show with Dee who rocked. I hope to continue to write and record some new stuff of my own soon with a new attitude. I'm super excited to see where it goes.

I look forward to our (Alive Day's) show at Martyr's on Wed. December 17th. That's a great venue and I haven't played there in forever. I had so much fun at the last show since so many of my friends of mine came out. I appreciate that you all support me so much and all the things that I do.

Hi. I just found out that I'm going to get to go to Cancun in January! Oh yeah, I have no money, but I got invited and well, the company will be freakin' awesome! It will be great sittin' in the sun! GOOD TIMES!

Also, I'm going to Denver for my sister's fiance's bachelor party in March. Better learn how to ski better and stat. Yes, my sister Gigi is engaged. Very cool.

Verizon messed up my phone, so if you have my number, text me yours or call me or e-mail it to me… thanks. I've got 47 back. I had 250 contacts though, so I'm missing a lot of numbers!

I hope I have even more exciting news for you next time I write, and I hope to do it soon!!!

Rock On!

Good to hear you are doing well. It's hard to believe your sister is old enough to get married. She's the same age as my sister Cassandra right? Where does the time go?!?

Hey Danny boy, Rock on Brother and always go with the flow! Life is an ever changing adventure. I'm 10 years older than you and I still don't know what I want to be when (if) I grow up :-) And as I write this I am listening to the VanZant brothers sing Help Somebody and the line (no joke) just happened where they sing "if you want to hear God laugh, just tell him your plan"... No doubt these words are more than lyrics, they're truth. Everytime I thought I had it figured out, God laughs and sends me somewhere or some one else.

It's all good :-) Love ya Brother!

You are so unfailingly optimistic :) Nice to hear you're moving forward and have a good outlook. Ya know, Logan Square has lots of nice rentals for reasonable prices.... Good luck, both on the job and house hunt!

I'm sure you'll find all the things your looking for. I know how fun it is to have alot of changes happen all at once, but its a way to make a new start and re-invent yourself. Good to hear about the new band. One day I'll actually be able to make it down to see you guys play.
