OK we've got full details now (except exact band names--can't give the blog everything at once)!
Good News! We are having a fundraiser for Modesto Sound with Sound Reinforcement provided with our new equipment, Lucky Lew and several sound interns. Our plan is to have two stages: one for rock bands and one for acoustic bands. We will alternate between rock and acoustic to keep the music going. Bands will be volunteering their time since it is a fundraiser. It will be held outside free to the public, with an area of VIP chairs for paid tickets ($20 donation). That’s how we hope to raise money and/or cover the rental expense and security guard fees required.

Why: To support the Youth Recording Program
When: Saturday, April 4th 1-7pm
Where: Tenth Street Plaza (downtown Modesto on 10th between J & K Streets)
Featuring: Eight local indie pop bands and a raffle
Cost: $20 suggested donation (donation will ensure you a VIP chair at the event)
