Current mood:  annoyed
i'm wondering why germany is (almost) the last country where people still buy and play vinyls when at the same time it is the country where ableton live has been created ?

i'm wondering why germany has a bigger concentration of vinyls distributors than any other countries and why none of those have closed yet, compared to USA, Uk or France where it has been a slayer ?

might have something to do with the fact that people still play and buy vinyls there... ;-)

finally i'm wondering why i haven't play in germany for 3 years now when i'm selling half of my records there.

germany is a big mystery for me now

Good question bro. I love playing vinyl & I could never replace spinnin' vinyl by using CD's. Maybe to play a track that I just wrote & see the crowd response, but not for alternative to vinyl. I go with the Ortofon slogan "Real DJ's Use Vinyl"
Much support & respect

He, he ... nice one!

About German love of vynil: let's say there's still some romance in the way the music industry is functioning in Germany. You know how it goes: you have to learn from your past if you want to embrace the future.

And about your three years of German-drought: you should shift your management office if they can't get you there on the fact you are very well respected producer in the field. Or did you do some bad bad thing at your last performance in the Germany?

Und ich auch spräche kein Deutsch. Tschuss!

there's a flock of wax lovers there. they apparently have very strong work ethics and display it as a community of dance music lovers... Maybe if more distributors abroad learned their financil tactics to keep the wax system pumping,,, there could better world wide distribution--- what's wrong with these cats anyways? A lot of them are sleeping, esp in the US-but I'm not saying a word.

I'm disappointed in how more and more clubs have stopped paying attention to the most beautiful format, our beloved magnetic driving turntable ---I swear it delivers aphrodiac ions. The times for the originator is feeling rather vintage, and with vintage comes the legend there of, a novelty device.

You should play the poker flat night out there, you would Kill Brique again & again! All I know is I got my hands up in the air rooting for U-

much respect x

and btw, keep pumpin out those sick label releases, your empire is indistructable ;)
