Santa Fe is pretty, and I need to scan the press clippings.

Spooky and I stayed with our new pal Alberto at his pad, hung out in diners and generally acted like idiots ahead of our show at Wise Fool. The space was huge (they usually do trapeze and aerial shows) and I felt a little overwhelmed by the height of the ceiling; how was I ever going to fill that space for an hour without exhausting myself? The pieces were well received, by our small but engaged audience and I learned yet more about how I want "Notorious Beauty" to look.

The next day we flew out of New Mexico, after spending just over a day there. What a schedule! I managed to squeeze in a brief interview with Bradd at The Voice before I dashed to the airport. It was Superbowl Sunday and en route to LA I found myself stranded in Arizona due to bad weather. I thought that I would be trapped there for at least a day because the airport was full of sports fans trying to get home, really it was chaos! Mercifully though I managed to get a stand by flight early the next morning so made it to LA in time for my show there.

Spooky and I appeared at Jackie Beat's Monday night party in West Hollywood, which was a strange introduction to LA. I love it here though, the weather is perfect and it is so bright! So far I have eaten a lot of cake and edited a lot of video, plus of course, continued to promote this show-on-the-road. We have some time here ahead of our drive up the Coast to SF, time I intend to spend doing nothing but reading and thinking about glamor.
