Well, it's February in Maine, which means it's fucking-a-cold up here! Steve and I have our last off-season show tonight at Jimmy the Greek's in OOB. That means two things:

1. It's gonna be a blowout. We always try to torch our bridges behind us.
2. No surprise, but I am gonna get shitty.

In addition, I am going to perform a song sans Steve tonight. It's a parody I wrote about 20 years ago. (Am I really that freakin' old?!?!?) It's about a midget who gets into accidents, repeatedly.

Afterwards, FPS will be looking at the next 2 months off. Steve and I have already discussed a rehearsal schedule, and we're hoping to have at least 8 new songs by summer. These will include some new parodies, some of you might have heard some teasers, and should include one brand-spanking-new original. I am trying to enlist Pete's assistance with some music for my lyrics.

Speaking of summer, as you can already tell, we are booked up on the Pier and Jimmy the Greek's. I believe this will be our fifth consecutive Fourth of July at Hooligan's Landing. Boy, just talking about summer makes me feel warmer.
