What caught our attention, yesterday at the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, was a familiar song. We had to listen for a short while, and then we knew that she was playing a Cake song. Very nicely done. We shouted "Cake" and she gave us thumbs up. Later, we went back, and Daniel bought her CD. Very nice music. Beautiful voice, good lyrics, pleasant music.
