Hello, So we were upset to hear of our friend Andy From Denvers unfortunate arm wrestling incident (which resulted in a broken arm), and that he will be unable to join us for our record release shows. We wish him a speedy recovery and look forward to trying it again in the not to distant future. For those of you that have not heard of Andy I advise that you take a listen to his music, he is a musical force that we here in Higgins are very fond of. Andy used to be the man behind the band Marshmallow Coast, his records are full of other worldly, beautiful music that couldn't be more up my alley. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Andy and we hit it off splendidly, we have decided to do a 7" together that will be coming out 11/11/08 on Serious Business Records. His track will be "Please don't take my life away" off the forthcoming Andy From Denver album and our track will be titled "What don't you want from me". Very exciting indeed! Do yourself a favor and stop by Andy's page and listen to his newest creation, it shant disappoint. Luckily our good friends The Unsacred Hearts have been kind enough to jump on the bill at Maxwells, they are a not to be missed live act and super great guys.
