Disco Volante Recordings is a new Italian label founded in 2008, based in Milan, deeply influenced by disco, cosmic, psychedelic, italo disco, and opened to contamination beetween different genres. Its first 12" release (Cloned In Vatican - Disco Volante EP) will be out at the end of October, an then will be out on Beatport.
Cloned In Vatican is Italian DJ/Producer Gregorio Assandri, on the nu-disco scene since 2004, and his new track Disco Volante (made in collaboration with Italian producer Carlo Cavalli) is a dancefloor killer, an electro-disco with an italo touch, kinda 80's, kinda 90's, but over all, so current, if you know what I mean. There's a remix by Midnight Express (Dj Andryu & Claudio Mastroddi) and it's more techy, housey, than the original, but not less agressive. Great tunes for any genre dancefloors.
Disco Volante EP has got good feedback/support from many producers such as Enzo Ponzio, Out Of City, Maelstrom, Diskjokke, Fratelli Riviera, just mentioning some.
