Alright there
hows it going. So the main thing right now is that the tickets for our album launch are now on sale so go and get one. They are £5 and for that you will also get to watch Stars Of Sunday League and Graeme Standon, both very very good. We will be playing most of the new record and resurrecting a few golden oldies just for the craic. We've been rehearsing like a proper band at the beat foundry in Wolverhampton and it's sounding good, better than ever in fact. We'll be selling the first batch of our album 'The Boy & The Beartrap' at the show and then it'll be available everywhere in theory. So make sure you get a ticket for you and one for your best friend.
We took some new photos with my old school friend and primary school teacher Gareth Hawkins and you can see his work on our profile picture. You will also be able to see it on the front cover of the September issue of Ryans Gig Guide and read an article all about us as well. We're on twitter now too, so tweet tweet to you.
We're playing our favourite the Chestnut Tree in Wolverhampton this Sunday, 30th August and again for the lovely Love Racism Hate Music people on Monday 31st August at the Sound Bar in Birmingham so you know if you're around, we're on at 9pm.
My new dog Bella has found her teeth and is ripping the house and my limbs to shreds, who knows, I might bring her to a show if they don't mind a Basset Hound thats still not at all toilet trained mixing it up front of house.
So there it is - things to do in this order - buy a ticket from one of the band members or from www.newhamptonarts.co.uk for the album launch, come to one of our Bank Holiday shows, come to the album launch. Jobs a good'n.
Thanks very much, see you soon.
