Hello and good morning,
Hope that you're well. So it's been just over a week since the launch show and it feels like about a year. Once again thanks to everyone that came out to that one. We smashed the Arts Centre Box Office attendance record and sold out our first run of albums, we did you warn you that they were limited edition. Great night all round.
I've managed to catch yet another cold/fever, this ones more like the old style fevers that mean you have to have a day or two off school; where your bones ache and you can't sleep for hallucinating about cubes and school friends you haven't seen for years. Frightening stuff. The writers have been writing lots of new stuff, and we performed one of the new songs at the launch show it's called Bankrupt and it's very good indeed. I think we're going to start the new EP sooner rather than later to be honest.
We're going to put out a single from the album in time for the next run of shows and you'll only be able to get it from the shows for the time being. We got a gig at the Public Art Gallery on the 9th October, just £3 on the door for that one. Then the next run of big ones start towards the end of October.
23rd October - Main support @ Civic Hall Bar
31st October - Main support for Stornoway at Newhampton Arts Centre
7th November - Headline show at the Lighthouse Cinema for Flip Animation festival closing party.
