Hoop Dance Workshop with GroovinMeGzz!

Come learn with Hooping.org's female hooper of the year! GroovinMeGzz is a certified personal trainer and licensed Hoopnotica instructor and has been teaching in the community for years. She is also a professional hoop dancer and performs with performance troupes all over the country. In this workshop she will lead you through aerobic movements that will shake those hips and make you smile! Introducing her own fusion of dance, fitness and Yoga, this experience will be great for all levels! Bring lots of water because this will be a great workout!!!
