Mo is doing just amazing! She is already doing better than she was prior to the surgery. She has started following me around the house again, standing on her back legs and basically is very much back to how she was before her knee started hurting her. I have to make sure she doesn't get to crazy active though - the stiches don't come out until this friday.
This week has been crazy - in addition to the whole thing with Mo, this weekend was major release weekend at work... so I started working at 6pm and finally logged out at 9am, slept until 2:30pm, logged in before 3pm, worked until 7pm and then went out last night. Let me tell you - it was great to get out and see my friends. Seems like I've been on house arrest since I got back from Florida. So I'm thinking with Mo in such good shape I might try and at least go into the office a couple times this week!

Ya know, I am the same way. If an animal is sick I'll stay home and risk getting into trouble at work.

I got a cat, Sammy, a year ago. Soon after, I found out that he had an intestinal tumor. So he had his guts ripped open only to find that they could not remove the tumor. They gave him six weeks at most. I adjusted his diet and that is allot of trouble but he is running around to this day ready to kill and attack anything and everything. Doesn't look sick at all anymore. Amazing resilience.
