Well what to say but its been a crazy few months getting this 16 minute film of mine in the works. From writing the thing to getting it made has been a huge learning experience. so excited to have assembled sucha talented team despite my crew working for the love of film.

Its quite a controversial film but I wouldnt have it any other way. So sick of bland films out there. Why bother? Isnt life bland enough for most people? Hmm I guess I want to make films and art that either shake things up or at least show other perspectives. I hate oppression and conformity. Being a willing slave in this consumer world is not the only way to live, this is something I strive to shed light on.

So many people merely exist and dont live... its fucked but I guess its safe.... a safe zombie life. Its sad but true. Wake up people..... I wish there were more people alive and willing in this world. What a different place it would be.

Who says whats right and wrong morally, sexually,religiously and personally??? Its up to us to make our own answers and whether it is "right" or "wrong" is a matter of perspective.

No budget filmmaking is hard work but its better than being at the mercy of the powers that be. To all my friends out there ... apologies for my lack of responses to emails, phone calls etc. I have been distracted to say the least.

I will be back to the land of the living soon.

Ooh my film will have a website and a "making of" which will be exciting. Will keep ya all posted.

I never know what to write in blogs... this is my first attempt and sleep deprived attempt at that.... mmmm sleeeeeeep......

My thought for the day is living life like its our last day on earth everyday... we sometimes wait until the future to get the life we want and even though getting the life we want is a process in the works it all begins in the present moment. Appreciating everything including the shit is an inescapable fact of life.... if this didnt happen the good becomes normal if you never experience the shit.

Any hoo life is good and I cant complain. looking forward to making a great film that will cause a stir.

This film is being shot on XD Cam HD technology and well that probably means nothing but its super sweet new technology and the film I am making is the 1st short film in SA to be using this technology... exciting.

I cant wait to see the finished product.
