Congratulations Tyce Diorio on winning the Outstanding Choreography
Emmy® award at the 2009 Creative Arts Primetime Emmy Awards. This is
the first Emmy® win for the choreographer and the fifth win for So You
Think You Can Dance. Tyce received the award for choreographing the
“Adam and Eve / Silence” contemporary piece danced by William Wingfield
and Jessica King during Season 4. Judge Mary Murphy called the dance
“one of the most amazing pieces I’ve ever seen on the show.” Will and
Jessica returned to So You Think You Can Dance’s fifth season to
perform the Emmy® nominated number on a results show.
Tyce joins So You Think You Can Dance costume designer Soyon An as
the 2009 Emmy® Award recipients for the show. Read more about
