APPETIZERS

GRILLED PEARS    7.95

With Gelato Fiasco gorgonzola gelato, crispy proscuitto and balsamic reduction.

 

SESAME CHICKPEA FRITTERS    6.95

Over marinated cucumber salad with tzaziki sauce.

 

GOURMET GREENS SALAD     5.95

Tossed with fresh seasonal fruit and Champagne vinaigrette, topped with locally made goat cheese and toasted almonds.

 

THE RIPPY DIPPY     7.95

Baby spinach, red onion, tomatoes, hot pepper relish and goat cheese wrapped in bread dough and baked served with extra virgin olive oil and herb dipping sauce.

 

MAINE CRAB AND LOBSTER CAKES     10.95

Over seared baby spinach with a tomato ginger coulis.

 

FRIED PORTABELLA, ARTICHOKE AND APPLE WOOD SMOKED GOAT CHEESE SPRINGROLLS     7.95

Over greens with roasted onion dipping sauce.

CEDAR PLANK ROASTED ATLANTIC SALMON    18.95

Topped with citrus horseradish crust, served with roasted almond risotto, sautéed green beans and Japanese wasabi sauce.

 

ROASTED STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN    16.95

With artichoke heart and local goat cheese stuffing over parmesan and butter tossed gnocchi with roasted tomato basil sauce.

 

PAN ROASTED LINE CAUGHT LOCAL HADDOCK    16.95

Over cauliflower mash with sauté of corn, garlic, tomatoes, spinach and white wine.

 

TURDUCKEN MEAT LOAF     17.95

Layers of duck, chicken, and turkey meatloafs with layers of traditional, and sausage corn stuffings over whipped potatoes with roasted eggplant gravy and seared baby spinach.

 

THAI GRILLED SHRIMP AND SCALLOPS     18.95

Red curry marinated shrimp and scallops over rice noodles with carrots, bok choy, herbs, roasted peanuts and lemon grass coconut sauce.

 

GERMAN STYLE POT ROAST     16.95

Over brown buttered spaetzle with braised red cabbage and seared butternut squash doodles.

 

VEGETABLE RISOTTO    14.95

Butternut doodles, shallots, apples, brussel sprout leaves, and sherry topped with ground pistachios and goat cheese.

 

All entrees served with fresh made bread and dukka.

Due to obvious time constraints (curtain) separate checks will not be available for parties over 4 people in an effort to expedite the check out process. Parties of 6 or more may have a 20% gratuity added.

The HangArt

 
The HangArt would start with the thai sweet chili shrimp salad followed by the fried portabella, artichoke and apple wood smoked goat cheese springrolls. Would then have grilled dukka encrusted atlantic slamon and probably be to full to finish the gourmet rasberry cheesecake tart.
