What are Morals?

Morals are standards for right and wrong living. Morals are rules that we follow for doing one thing and not another. Deferent people live by many different sets of morals-what they think is best or fair or right. But what we don't think about sometimes or don't want to think about is it's what GOD says about these things is whats right for all people everywhere and all the time. God has only one set of morals that he wants everyone to follow. A person who lives by God's morals doesn't steal because that's God's standard, not just because the person doesn't like to steal.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9 it says:

Don't you know that those doing such things can't share in God's Kingdom? So don't fool yourselves. If you live in sin, worship idols, your sinning .

Then read 9-11 (NIV-life app) then BD 9-11

Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor prostitutes male or female nor homosexual offenders nor thief's nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers' nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of us were. But you were washed and im here to tell you that Jesus died on the cross to WASH AWAY all those sins so that we would be forgiven by his father, our father God. So we were washed and we were sanctified, YOU were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. How cool is that?

In Ephesians 5 is tells us to:

Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as an offering and sacrifice to God. What do we sacrifice??? Anything??

BD 5:1-2

James tell us in Chapter 1: 21

Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly except the word planted in you, which can save you.
