Over the last weekend I was in San Francisco, doing my best to help out my friend Anna Newman (Anna Newman Vintage, Booty Vintage) with her booth. The occasion was the Vintage Fashion Expo, one of the oldest and largest vintage fashion markets in the country.

For lovers of vintage fashion (i.e. me!) it was almost too intense, between the clothing itself and the people watching! I met a lot of great people and even met people who knew me through my online presence.

Thanks to Anna, I had a GREAT time!

I heard such fabulous things about your time with Anna from the Queen of Vintage Posh herself. I'm so glad you were able to enjoy some time out in California with her, soak up the magic of the Vintage Expos and have chats I wish I were able to have with Miss Anna.

It was indeed fabulous Melanie! I was really sorry to see the weekend come to an end. I felt like Cinderella, with just so much time before the coach turned into a pumpkin!

And you? Still in Arabia?

If you have a deal through United to fly out, I'd think you'd love it Darlene! There were in the neighborhood of 75 to 100 sellers and tons and tons of fabulous clothing. The price point is sometimes high, but plenty of bargains can be found too, it seemed to me.

Now, now. I definitely look more and more my age...just keeping my old camera that doesn't show, you know, everything!
