June 3, 2005; First Thursday @ Elemental Arts, Sellwood. The first show, the original lineup- Rob, Steve, Scotty, Ron, Ben, Blake and John Alex. Great fun out on the lawn.

June 30, 2005; Last Thursday on Alberta Street. We play under the front awning of the not yet openned Zaytoon's. we play everything we know and then start up at the top of the setlist all over again.

July 15, 2005; StarERose Cafe, Alberta Street. The sun shining through the windows was really hot during the first set. The final show with the original lineup.

Early August, 2005; House Party. A going away party for our friend Becca, out on the back porch next to the beer garden. A real good time.

August 25, 2005; Last Thursday on Alberta Street. We jammed on this corner and that.

September 17, 2005; Alberta Street Fair @ Clown House Stage. We've played these shows with usually a trio or quartet (I think this lineup may have included Desmond in his first appearance as occasional kazoo player. Last night's show saw him doing slide whistle, jew's harp, and washboard as well). Also, I believe this was the evening our future member Aaron came and watched us perform.

September 29, 2005; Last Thursday @ Clown House Stage. Or maybe the above entry really should be this night... I'm not so sure anymore, that's why I'm trying to write it down now. But it was definitely at the Clown House around this time, I swear.

November 4, 2005; StarERose Cafe, Alberta Street. The first show that we play with Aaron as a member of the band, a fine addition from the start indeed.

December 2, 2005; StarERose Cafe, Alberta Street.

January 4, 2006; Roots Brewing, SE Portland. Our first tryout in stallment in what became a 10 month run of regular Wednesday night gigs fueled by the fine beer and hospitality of this echo chamber of a pub.

January11, 2006; Roots Brewing, SE Portland. At one of these shows our friend Harlan made his first appearance as an occasional washboard player.

January 18, 2006; Roots Brewing, SE Portland. We thought that a third straight night of playing on a Wednesday would be a bummer, but this one was pretty good, with a few tunes destined for the eventual CD.

January 6, 2006; StarERose Cafe, Alberta Street. We had to run and play a Wedding, so our friends in Sassparilla came and sat in, it was just Kevina nd Mac, so it was a treat if you were there.

February 3, 2006; StarERose Cafe, Alberta Street.

February 8, 2006; Roots Brewing, SE Portland.

February 22, 2006; Roots Brewing, SE Portland. This time period was a blur, I was teaching and trying to land a full time job during this period. I think there was a trip to NYC for my Mom's birthday and a snowstorm there somewhere in here.
