Hey all!
A lot of you have been asking about what songs I like to work out to. Well I finally got off of my duff and decided to let you know once and for all!

I actually have about 15 different work out mixes I use depending on what kind of workout I want. Some songs are slower which is better for elliptical machines, warm ups, and stretches. Some are for walking and a few are for running. Based on your fitness level you may want some faster or slower songs. Below is a basic list of songs I love to work out to. I'll warn you now, while I like most genres of music, I am mainly a Christian music fan. If you are not, I dare you to give these songs a listen. That's what's great about itunes. Fidi Me!

I often like to finish my jogs with a mix of your music "Voice of a Savior", and "Only the World", Matthew West's "You are everything", and Third Day's "Call my Name". But my all time favorite running music is any fast rock and roll from Switchfoot "Oh Gravity", "American Dream", "Stars"...etc. Happy Workout!!..

I found a lot of fight during my weight loss listening to "Conqueror" by Joy Enriquez.
I thought you might enjoy.

Whenever I work out (I mostly like walking fast or running) I always listen to really heavy music to get myself charged up so that I'll work harder. Metallica is usually the band I listen to that helps keep me going.
