We've had an influx of people requesting from us where they can buy sweatshop-free, fair trade items. Some also have asked about companies whose practices do not destroy the environment.


Finally I have found a simple way to assist those people:

The website is alonovo.com. When you go there sign up with your e-mail address and fill out the values for what matters to you most. From then on if you search for what you need/want on that site while you're signed in, it will give you products that share your values.

Additionally, for your non-online buying needs please check out one of my favorite sites: knowmore.org. Type the company you need to research and hopefully they will have a page on them explaining in an honest and third-party manner their business practices.

Please stay informed, stay vocal. Start with making a change in your own life, then move on to influencing others.
