April 17, 2006 - Monday

Hello and Happy Easter to you all.

Here, at last, are some songs for you to enjoy.  A little bit rough, but just about ready; they'll at least give you a bit of an idea of what I'm up to musically at the moment.

Any feedback would be very gratefully received, particularly information on how to improve the general quality of my sound (apart from the obvious advice about changing the words, the tunes and the singer).

I'll be performing at The Pawn Shop on Tuesday 25th April and Mr Hospitality on Friday 12th May.  There will hopefully be more dates coming up, and I hope to see some of you soon.  Watch this space!

Bye for now.

Des

Have to say mate, there's not much I'd suggest changing in terms of your recorded sound.

It all sounds pretty good to me... If you were in my boat, you'd be worrying about how to control thousands of watts of power - messy in the studio!

Your material sounds great the way you've done it. Just wish it was "downloadable". What do you use to record anyway? I'm running Sonar via various outboard gizmos on laptop.

Take care,

Neil
